If we discover that a client is using our services in a manner that we deem inappropriate or unethical, we reserve the right to terminate the contract immediately. In such cases, any unused portion of the client’s payment will be refunded, minus any costs for work already completed.

4. Project Completion and Withdrawal

We strive to complete all projects to the best of our abilities. However, if we are unable to fulfill a project for any reason, we will promptly inform the client and reserve the right to withdraw from the project. In such cases, we are entitled to payment for the work completed up to the point of withdrawal. If the completed portion is deemed unusable by the client, we will cancel that portion and refund the client accordingly.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide all necessary information, content, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and could result in additional charges. We reserve the right to charge for delays caused by the client’s failure to provide the required materials or feedback.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for our services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials created by Peacock Media Web and Marketing Solutions remain the intellectual property of Peacock Media until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client is granted a license to use the materials for their intended purpose. The client agrees not to use or distribute any materials provided by us without proper authorization.

8. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of our clients’ information and agree to protect it from unauthorized use or disclosure. However, we are not responsible for any breach of confidentiality caused by third parties.

9. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is the client’s responsibility to review these terms regularly.

10. Governing Law

These terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
